The Food Box salad menu features a great selection of made fresh daily salad options including our classic and signature salad selections. These are great as side items to your Sandwich Buffet or on their own as a salad bar.

	Food Box features a selection of classic and signature salads. Each hand crafted salad features only the freshest of ingredients. Salad options include: Classic Salad Selections House Salad - Blend of crisp romaine and iceberg, ripe roma tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots and croutons with an Italian vinaigrette. Caesar Salad - Romaine, cherry tomatoes, aged parmesan cheese and crunchy croutons. Pasta Salad - Pasta with red pepper, celery, parsley, cherry tomatoes, red onion and cucumbers marinated in an Italian vinaigrette.

	Signature Salad Selections
	Chopped Salad - Chopped crisp greens, tomatoes, hickory smoked bacon, grilled corn, scallions, pastas, bleu cheese and a creamy mustard dressing.
	Mandarin Salad - Shredded napa, romaine, red pepper, water chestnuts, crispy wonton's, oranges and sesame ginger vinaigrette.
	Spinach and Goat Cheese Salad - Baby spinach, egg, roasted tomatoes, bacon and balsamic vinaigrette.
	Mediterranean Grain Salad - Quinoa and Israeli couscous with feta cheese, kalamata olives, peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon, dill and oregano.
